Dean R. Freeman, CCIM, CPM

RESPONSIBILITIES

Dean Freeman oversees the Property Management Group for Frauenshuh Inc. and handles over 2.1 million square feet in the metropolitan area. Dean directs the Property Management team in the delivery of property management and related services to the ownership and tenants in the managed portfolio. Dean also works in the areas of Asset Management and investment opportunities for Frauenshuh Inc.

EXPERIENCE

Dean joined Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate Group in late 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Dean spent six years with Cassidy Turley (2005-2011), sixteen years with United Properties, now Cushman / Wakefield Northmarq (1990-2005) and nine years with Towle Real Estate working in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Minneapolis, Minnesota (1981-1990). During his career, Dean has worked in a variety of areas including client relations, operations, business development, strategic planning, leasing and investments.

PERSONAL

Dean earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics for the University of Minnesota in 1979. He became a Certified Property Manager in 1987 and earned his CCIM designation in 2000. Dean and his family reside in Eagan.

Crystal Pingel

RESPONSIBILITIES

Crystal Pingel brings a solid record of real estate management experience to the Frauenshuh Team. Crystal leads a team of 4 staff members from the onsite management office at Infor Commons. Crystal’s responsibilities include tenant relations, financial reporting, capital planning, tenant construction and all aspects of property operations. She creates high tenant retention by providing a high level of service and developing strong relationships..

EXPERIENCE

Crystal joined Frauenshuh in 2020. Prior to joining Frauenshuh, Crystal managed a portfolio of both residential and commercial buildings in the greater St. Paul-Minneapolis area. She has over 15 years of commercial and residential property management experience, including mixed use and under development properties.

PERSONAL

Crystal earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Crystal is a Minnesota native and currently lives in Houlton, WI with her husband and 3 boys. .


Zachary T. Eliason

RESPONSIBILITIES

Zach is responsible for the direct property management of a portfolio of mid-sized office properties in the southwest submarket of the Twin Cities. He strives to enhance the value of the properties he oversees through proactive operational and process management.

EXPERIENCE

During his 13 years in the industry, Zach has had the opportunity to manage office, industrial, retail, and medical properties. He also has more than five years experience in real estate Asset Management which provides him a unique perspective that adds value from both an operational and financial perspective.

Zach received his Business Management degree in 1996 from St. Cloud State University where he was also a member of the varsity golf team. He also earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree through St. Cloud State in 2007. Zach and his family reside in Otsego.


Mary Kay Buescher

Mary Kay Buescher, an accomplished management professional, brings a strong record of management experience to the Frauenshuh team. With over 25 years in facilities management and related fields, Mary Kay has consistently produced savings in management and operations costs. By implementing processes and procedures designed to streamline and improve efficiency, she has been instrumental in reducing overall operations expenses for facilities management by up to 26% annually.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to her responsibilities for management of the Bremer Bank and Bremer Financial Services portfolio, Mary Kay managed global facilities for Net Perceptions, Inc of Edina. There, she was responsible for headquarters, as well as seven field offices and three overseas locations. Mary Kay’s responsibilities included management of lease negotiations, design, construction and equipment installation.

Robert L. Page, RPA

Rob Page currently works in the Property and Asset Management Group that is responsible for the operation of a host of office, retail, and industrial buildings in the Frauenshuh Suburban Portfolio.

EXPERIENCE

Rob joined Frauenshuh in 2009, and prior to moving into Frauenshuh’s Property and Asset Management division, he was in the Commercial Real Estate Group providing corporate services, tenant representation, dispositions, and the leasing of properties.

Chad A. Conoryea, CFM, FMP

RESPONSIBILITIES

Chad Conoryea is Property/Facility Manager in the Frauenshuh Property and Asset Management Group. He is responsible for the operation of office, retail and industrial buildings throughout the Twin Cities metro area. His primary responsibilities are tenant service, property operations, financial oversight, long and short term planning.

EXPERIENCE

Chad joined Frauenshuh in 2008. Prior to moving into the Frauenshuh Property and Asset Management division, he worked in the Facility Management Group assisting in managing a multi-site portfolio. Chad has also owned and operated his own landscape company during high school and college, worked in the residential lending department at TCF Bank, and managed several residential apartment buildings.
