David R. Frauenshuh

David Frauenshuh has more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate. With his extensive management and marketing expertise, he has built a reputation for himself as well as for Frauenshuh, Inc. Today, he has property ownership interest in approximately 25 states. Within the industry, the name Frauenshuh is synonymous with honesty and integrity.

Frauenshuh, Inc. has expertise in the area of development and financing of Medical Office Buildings, Integrated Ambulatory Centers, Inpatient Hospitals, Outpatient Surgical & Imaging Centers and Full-Service Medical Campuses. Frauenshuh, Inc. also has expertise in headquarters development and acquisition of commercial real estate. Currently, Mr. Frauenshuh has financial interest in several other companies and serves as a real estate advisor to many organizations.

Mr. Frauenshuh is a graduate of Minnesota State University of Mankato and received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2011. Mr. Frauenshuh is a native of the Saint Paul area. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks and the Building Owners and Management Association (founding member RPA designation).

Mr. Frauenshuh serves on the Board of many profit and non-profit organizations, including the following: The Salvation Army National Advisory Board, Chairman of the 2001 Minnesota Prayer Breakfast, Chairman of the Children’s House based in Hawaii, and Minnesota Military Family Foundation. He also performs outreach and Christian missionary work with several charitable organizations.

Dean M. Williamson

RESPONSIBILITIES

Dean Williamson currently oversees and manages the Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate Group. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Dean provides corporate service representation, brokerage, property analysis, development, project management and governmental entitlement all on a local and national level.

EXPERIENCE

Dean has been with Frauenshuh since 1992. He has diverse and extensive real estate experience in all markets including office, health care, industrial and retail, with a strong background in providing corporate service solutions for a variety of real estate clientele. He has successfully completed more than 2,000 acres of property brokerage and approximately 2.5 million square feet of real estate leasing, development and project management transactions.

PERSONAL

Dean earned his Bachelor Degree in Management from the University of Minnesota where he was also a tenured member of the Golden Gopher Hockey Team from 1987–1990. He earned his CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in 1997. He is a Twin Cities native residing with his family in Edina.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Gary Lindstrom oversees all asset acquisitions and dispositions as well as all assets managed and leased by Frauenshuh Inc. This portfolio includes 2.5 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and warehouse space throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Gary and his staff have personally been involved in the negotiation of more than 30 million square feet of new and renewal leases representing both landlords and tenants in Minnesota and 25 other states. He has formulated and executed real estate strategies for a range of companies from the small one office firm to the Fortune 500 national real estate user.

EXPERIENCE

Gary has more than 45 years of industry experience and is a ­licensed Real Estate Broker. Before co-founding Frauenshuh Inc. in 1983 with David Frauenshuh, Gary was an officer of Oxford Development Corporation and its predecessor, IDS Properties. He played a key role in the opening, leasing and management of the Minneapolis IDS Center and with Oxford, the Town Square project in Saint Paul. Significant projects with Frauenshuh include LaSalle Plaza in Minneapolis and Lawson Commons in St. Paul.

Gary earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota, as well as the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He and his wife continue to reside in Scandia, Minnesota where they have lived for more than 40 years.

Sherry L. Hastings

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sherry Hastings is Senior Vice President of Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate Group, overseeing the operations of the leasing division. On average Sherry is responsible for over 1.8 million square feet. Her responsibilities include the leasing and marketing of all properties under management contract in the Twin Cities metropolitan and out state areas. In addition, she is responsible for corporate services, tenant representation, consulting, development, acquisitions and dispositions. Sherry works on projects across multiple property types including office, medical, retail, industrial, land and special use properties.

EXPERIENCE

Sherry served as the local Executive Vice President for the Brussels-based WingField Corporation, and oversaw the day to day operations of the commercial real estate division, as well as marketed and managed the development of projects nationally and internationally. She began her career working in an executive capacity for an assortment of notable organizations in both the public and private sectors and has over 27 years of professional experience, with over a decade in commercial real estate. Sherry’s experiences range from helping start the first internet company in Minnesota to running several national and international businesses. Her thorough understanding of the real estate market combined with her hard work, dedication, honesty and the ability to facilitate a successful transaction, has fostered many long term relationships in the business and real estate community.

PAST AFFILIATIONS

Sherry served on the Board of Directors for the St. Paul Area Chamber Foundation, Camp-Get-A-Well-A, and the March of Dimes. Sherry is a past member of the St. Paul Sunrise Rotary Club.

EDUCATION

Sherry studied at the University of Minnesota and Hamline University School of Law and in addition became a qualified mediator.

Jason A. Butterfield

Jason Butterfield is Senior Director of Brokerage and Corporate Services with Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate Group. Jason provides real estate portfolio leasing services along with corporate real estate solutions for Frauenshuh corporate clients.

EXPERIENCE

Jason has completed more than 400 transactions during his 15 plus years encompassing over 4.0 million square feet. His efforts are focused on landlord and tenant representation with an extensive history in the Twin Cities’ office market. Throughout his career, Jason has developed a reputation for his extensive knowledge of the local marketplace and representing clients in their real estate dealings. Jason’s clientele includes a variety of world class corporations and Fortune 500 companies which have relied on his aggressive negotiation skills to help secure their interests as tenants. Landlords, such as Equus Capital Partners, MetLife, Opus, Ryan Companies and Talcott Realty, have benefited from his tenacity and commitment to maximizing their real estate investments.

Shannon Reilly manages the Frauenshuh Inc. Minneapolis office and is responsible for preparing market analyses, conducting site selection research and negotiating commercial real estate transactions. Wayne Kuykendall came to Frauenshuh in 1995 and currently has 39 years of experience in commercial real estate management and brokerage. Wayne currently is responsible for listing land sales under contract and for leasing properties under contract in the Twin Cities metropolitan area and also represents various corporate clients in their real estate requirements in and outside of the Twin Cities area. Additionally, he acts as a broker on tenant representation on behalf of others relative to office and industrial requirements.

Ross has been with Frauenshuh since 2010 and works with a wide range of clients in the office, retail, healthcare and industrial markets. He also brings eight years of military experience from the Minnesota Army National Guard. During his service, Ross served two year-long tours to Iraq in 2004 and 2009. He separated from the military with several awards including a Bronze Star Medal, an Army Commendation Medal and a Combat Action Badge.
